Software   Engineering

Due to our international customer base, our software engineering process adheres to both European standards (ISO9001) and American standards (CMMI). We use a number of widely accepted software development best practices, such as Rational Unified Process (RUP)™ by Rational Software , with elements of some recent techniques, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Agile Modeling (AM), as well as business process modeling and analysis (BMPA) promoted by the Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI)  and Organization for Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) .  

Our consulting services are provided by the Software Engineering Certified Professionals and cover the following CMM Level 2 key process areas (KPAs): requirements management, project planning, project monitoring and control, supplier agreement management, measurement and analysis, process and product quality assurance, and configuration management.
